I Drank Warm Water With Lemon And Honey For 365 Days And Then Experienced Some Great Results

Crystal Davis is a woman from the USA that shared her experience with warm lemon water on the internet. She wanted to start living healthier, so she wanted a good remedy for many problems. So, in her quest to do this, she started consuming lemon water along with some honey each morning before eating. She did this for 1 year, and this is her confession.

In her own words:

“Until a few years ago, I used to buy lemon and honey drinks in the pharmacies when I had the flu. Of course, they helped me a lot, but I must admit that I was a bit skeptical when I took this challenge. However, it is quite different to drink real lemon juice.

It is so much better and healthier than the powdered one you buy in the pharmacies. Back on the subject, I decided to drink hot water with lemon and honey for 12 months, every morning on an empty stomach. I was wondering if this drink can do miracles to my body as everyone claimed.

And now I can say that I am very happy. I haven’t had a cold for a whole year. Also, I haven’t had the stomach flu or any other disease, even though I sometimes felt as if I would catch something, but it did not happen. In fact, I was so amazed by this drink that I started taking it everywhere with me, even when I traveled somewhere.

Also, I have become a morning person and have no need for coffee. I have more energy and feel happier in the morning, which was not the case. Before, it took me an hour after waking up to actually see again. People around me say that I am now much more comfortable to be around.

I generally use half a fresh lemon and a teaspoon of organic honey in a classic cup. To prepare this potion, first, you need to boil the water and leave it to cool a bit so that the honey can dissolve.

Now pour the lemon juice and drink this drink immediately after waking up. Note that sometimes the lemon juice can be more or less acidic, therefore if the lemon is too sour, feel free to add some extra honey to this drink to improve the taste.

Also, if half a lemon is too much for you, then, in the beginning, you can use a quarter of a lemon until you get used to.”
