So, exercising your fingers will help you overcome these emotions or help you in those areas.
The point of this exercise is to balance the opposing energy forces in your body. Grip a finger at a time with the following finger wrapped around it. Hold each finger for 1-2 fingers until the pulse is felt.
Pressing the central part of the palm with the thumb on the other hand will make your body fully relax. You should hold it for around 1 minute.
