Tartar: How You Can Remove it Yourself Without Visiting the Dentist

1. Toothpick Method

Ingredients:

1 toothbrush
½ tsp salt
½ cup warm water
1 cup hydrogen peroxide
1 toothpick
baking soda
antiseptic mouthwash

Mix the salt and baking soda with some little water. Then clean your teeth thoroughly with this before spitting out the rest. Next, mix some water with the hydrogen peroxide and then mix your mouth. Finally, rinse your mouth with some water.

This process will loosen up the tartar and now you can remove easily with a toothpick. After doing so wash your teeth.

2. Fruit Method

Mix some lemon juice with a strawberry and place it on the affected area. Leave it for 5 minutes and the acid will dissolve the tartar. After that wash your teeth.

3. Baking Powder Method

Mix some baking powder, which among other things, contains sodium bicarbonate, with a little water and use it to clean your teeth. Not only will this brighten your teeth, but it will also tackle your tartar.

4. Tea Tree Oil Method

Mix few drops of the oil with some water and use the mixture to rinse your mouth.
