1. Lay on your back, with your knees slowly bending at the knees. Be completely relaxed. Empty your lungs while exhaling, while you remain relaxed.

3. Take small breaths, and do step 2 again. It may be difficult this time, so you can take a short breath.
4. While exhaling, let your abs relax. Then, suck your stomach in again as much as you can.
