Everyone wants to be more motivated to exercise and most people struggle with having enough discipline to do it regularly. However, exercising, like most things, should be done in moderation. If you don’t do it enough, you won’t benefit from it, and if you do it too much it will be also bad for your health.

For example, if you go 2 times a week for a couple of months, as a beginner, it will be enough for your body to notice positive changes. But, if you go 4-5 times a week only for 2 weeks, you will only have negative effects.

Erin says she’s addicted to exercising. She does it for about 8 hours every day, doing weight training, spin class, running and the elliptical. Since she was 7, she was a competitive gymnast, so she was taught this kind of lifestyle from an early age. She also says that she doesn’t get sore or tired and would cancel other plans when she doesn’t get enough exercising.

At first, she was exercising for 3 hours a day, ate healthy food and had enough time to rest. However, she increased her exercise time by full 5 hours, and this caused lots of problems in her life.

Her mother said that she never missed a gymnastic practice as a child, except once when she high fever. Her temperature was 103 degrees Fahrenheit, and her mother claims it’s the only time in her life that she didn’t want to go to gymnastics practice.
